Shipping Rates and Policies

SHIPPING

1. FIRELITE GLASS STUDIO ACCEPTS PAYMENTS USING PAY PAL WHICH ACCEPTS VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH P.P. TO USE IT. PERSONAL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS ALSO ACCEPTED.

2. 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHEN PLACING ORDER, BALANCE UPON COMPLETION.

3. FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED WHEN ORDER IS SHIPPED. CHECKS WILL BE DEPOSITED AND CLEARED BEFORE ORDER SHIPS.

4. ALL PRICING IS IN USD.

5. 7% SALES TAX WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL ORDERS IN FLORIDA. SHIPMENTS FOB FLORIDA.

6. PACKING, HANDLING, INSURANCE AND SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO TOTAL PRICE OF ORDER. ALL OF OUR GLASS SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED AND DOUBLE BOXED FOR ITS PROTECTION.

7. SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL YOUR ORDER IS PACKED AND READY TO SHIP.  BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS, SHIPPING COSTS CANNOT BE DETERMINED BEFORE PACKING OUR PRODUCTS, BUT WILL BE ESTIMATED TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY, IF REQUESTED. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE OUR ESTIMATED SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE ACTUALLY PACKING YOUR ORDER. DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR ORDER, OTHER FACTORS DETERMINING THE SHIPPING COST ARE CALCULATED BY LOCATION, OVERSIZED BOXES, AND WEIGHT.

8. ALL SHIPMENTS WILL BE DELIVERED BY UPS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY THE CLIENT OR FIRELITE GLASS STUDIO. UPON REQUEST WE WILL PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER.

9. UPON DELIVERY IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO IMMEDIATELY OPEN THE PACKAGE TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT FOR QUANTITY AND CONDITION. FIRELITE GLASS INSPECTS ALL PRODUCTS UPON PACKING BEFORE SHIPPING FOR QUANTITY AND QUALITY. UPON DELIVERY, IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE SHIPMENT, IT IS CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM US IMMEDIATELY. UPS WILL BE NOTIFIED AND EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO REIMBURSE PAYMENT FOR DAMAGED GOODS. FIRELITE GLASS STUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE SHIPPER.

10. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN CHARGES. RESTOCKING FEE OF 30% WILL BE CHARGED THE CLIENT FOR UNDAMAGED GOODS RETURNED. THERE ARE NO RETURNS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS.

11. REQUESTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 1 WEEK OF DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT. AN RA (RETURN AUTHORIZATION) WILL BE ISSUED. RETURNED SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RA.
